UNIT + you. We’re currently seeking a passionate, conceptual and strategic visual mastermind, type guru and Pantone-aficionado Senior Designer to add to our team. Must love dogs and doughnuts.
UNIT partners is a growing, award-winning San Francisco brand strategy and graphic design firm with a passion for hospitality, retail and consumer packaged goods. We devise solutions that build emotional connections between brands and their audience through actionable insights and strategic design.
You’re a creative entrepreneur looking to join a team where you can learn the ins and outs of working in an immersive, fast-paced studio environment. You’ll have the opportunity to affect every part of a brand from initiation to completion, allowing you to increase your skills and marketability across an array of project types and styles. Current projects include brand development, print collateral, packaging, retail store design and UX/UI design — all for a diverse client base.


The Nuts + Bolts

> BA Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred

> 3-5 years design agency experience in a design role

> Logo/branding experience is a must

> Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

> High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

> Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs

> Bonus points:

· Experience working in a studio environment

· UX/UI knowledge and understanding

> Organized and efficient, paying close attention to details while handling multiple tasks

> Interest in working with hospitality, retail, and CPG brands

> Regular postings on UNIT’s social media accounts

> Recommend and implement offsite inspiration outings

> Smart, humble, hungry
